1. Intellectual property rights

Copyrights and/or Patents on Designs or Products

The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, pictures, illustrations and animated sequences with or without a soundtrack, as well as all works integrated into the site are the property of Renault or a third party that has authorised Renault to use them.

The models of vehicles and other products presented on the site are protected by copyright and are subject to Articles L.511.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code relative to patents and copyrights.

Reproduction on paper or computer files of the said site and the works and models of vehicles, and other products shown on the site is authorised insofar as it is strictly reserved for private use, excluding any advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and insofar as such reproduction complies with the provisions of Article L 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

With the exception of the stipulations given above, any reproduction, presentation, use or modification, by any means whatsoever or any media whatsoever, of all or any part of the site, and/or all or any part of the various works and models of vehicles and other products that comprise the site, without having first received Renault's formal consent, is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement of copyright that is punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine of EUR 300,000.

Trademarks / Brand names

The names Renault, Renault Sport, Alpine, ING-Renault F1 Team, Dacia, and the Renault, Renault Sport, Alpine, ING-Renault F1 Team, Dacia logos and the names of the vehicles and other products in the Renault range are all Renault trademarks.
Other brand names are also mentioned on the site; they are usually identified by an uppercase letter. They are being used by Renault either with the permission of their holder or as a simple example of products or services offered by Renault.
The reproduction, imitation, use or affixing of these brand names and trademarks without the prior consent of Renault or their respective holders constitutes an infringement of copyright that is punishable by four years imprisonment and a fine of EUR 400,000.

2. Information about the products

The various screens are a general presentation of the Renault Merchandising range of products available throughout the Renault network (immediately or by special order).
Renault Merchandising reserves the right to modify the information appearing on this Internet site, in particular information about the products shown, at any time and without prior notice, given the site's interactivity.
Renault Merchandising, the members of the Renault network and its employees may in no way be held liable therefor.
The Renault network is also at your disposal should you wish any information, in particular regarding price rates and the availability of products shown.

The Renault network is at your disposal to provide any additional information you would like to have about each of the products and services presented on the site. Please contact your nearest approved distributor for such information.
The approved distributors are independent tradesmen and as such act in their own name and on their own behalf. They therefore remain liable for the information of any type that they may publish on the site.

Personal information requested from the user is indispensable for sending information and for processing his order and handling his commercial relationship with Renault Merchandising in order to provide quality service that is best adapted to the customer's needs. Being confidential and kept bu Renault Merchandising, this information is exclusively intended to be used by Renault Merchandising, Renault SAS and our subsidiaries for survey, analysis, commercial and marketing purposes and can be (or not) forwarded outside the European Union.

These General Conditions are subject to French law. The prevailing version of them shall be the French-language version. In the event of dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Renault Merchandising reserves the right to modify or update access to the site as well as the General Conditions at any time. These modifications and updates shall be binding on the user who must therefore regularly refer to this section to check the General Conditions in effect at the time.
